My name is Mike and I have been the Counselling Services Supervisor at FCSS since January of 2019. I am a Certified Professional Counsellor (CPC), Canadian CertifiedCounsellor , Certified Professional Counsellor Supervisor (CPCS), Canadian Certified Counsellor Supervisor (CCC-S) and a registered member of the Association ofCounselling Therapy of Alberta (ACTA).

With over 27 years of counselling experience I have come to believe healing begins with unconditional acceptance and understanding. I offer a compassionate, respectful, and safe environment as we strive together to gain insight into your current struggles. Together we will explore how past events have shaped your beliefs and behaviors and how they are affecting current relationships and present challenges. I will always focus on the skills you already possess, and help you develop new skills and strategies. I believe in therapy that allows you to share your story without fear of judgment.
