Low German Family Liaison staff build parental/caregiver resiliency by focusing on the family unit and fostering family wellness. Staff enhance the family’s capacity to support the growth and development of all members of the family by:
- Providing culturally relevant resources to caregivers related to the stages of child development.
- Providing parenting skills and other knowledge to foster healthy family wellness.
- Supporting where families live by providing mobile, flexible and culturally appropriate supports and services.
